Tamara had the privilege of studying Classical Guitar with some of the most talented musicians and revered teachers of Music Faculties both in the Telaviv and Jerusalem Universities, as a young teenager. “This schooling shaped my perspective of true excellence and the value of discipline. I sat in master classes with some of the world’s greatest performers and gained insights that have deeply influenced my life.”
Tamara took up Articles for a reputable CA(SA) firm and studied towards a Bcompt through Unisa. After articles her career took shape in Financial Management and Management Consulting, covering forensics, business and process re-engineering, system design and implementation for small to medium businesses across a broad spectrum of industries.
16 years ago, she found her passion and talent for Recruitment. As a co-founder of The Destiny Group she has been instrumental in developing a unique brand, specialising in high end Talent Management and Search.
