You will be responsible for the maintenance and control of production tooling, coordinating and drawing productivity improvement plans in the services department as well as managing toolings costs. Ensure tooling meets specifications, manage stock levels of services consumables and manage the performance of subordinates.
* A minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in tooling and die making, preferably in the packaging manufacturing industry is desirable. * Leadership and supervisory experience is essential.
* A Trade Test or any relevant Technical qualification in a packaging related field is advantageous.
